Information About Your Order
For all orders, once you make payment we will email you a receipt, and you will receive an email confirmation that your order and payment has been received by us, usually within 24 hours of payment.
You will receive emails from us notifying you of your order status from the time payment is made to the time your order is shipped. You can also view the status of your order online by logging into your account at our website.
- Pending: Incomplete/Failed order, or payment is pending.
- Processing: Your order is processing.
- Shipped: Your order has shipped.
- eCheck: You have paid by eCheck, order will not ship until the eCheck clears. Please be patient.
All items are usually shipped within 24 hours, except on Weekends or Holidays.
Reasons we have seen why a customer may not have received an email confirmation: The biggest reason is that our e-mail goes to the customer's bulk/junk e-mail box thinking it is spam and they miss it. You might also miss our e-mails because your e-mail inbox is full.
